Security TWENTY Event Raises £2050 in Memory of Mike Tennent

Fund raising for a good cause

The dinner the night before the Security TWENTY event in Glasgow earlier this month raised £2050 for a good cause, the fund-raising was in memory of Mike Tennent, of Tavcom Training, who sadly left us earlier this year, during his years while he we ill he started working with the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.

You may recall that Mike was a very keen photographer and took some of his pictures and made greeting cards with them, the money he raised from these he gave to the foundation. To date over £6350 has been raised.

Roy Cooper from the Professional Security Magazine said: “Mike was a very good friend of mine. The least we could do was to try and support Mike’s boys; I am really pleased to have done it.”
