Tavcom Training is preparing to once again be exhibiting at one of the UK’s largest events The Security Event 2022 at Birmingham NEC Arena between the 5th – 7th April. This marks the formal return to large events for Tavcom after a hiatus in exhibiting due to the effects of the pandemic.
After incredible success over the past 27 years, it is an absolute pleasure for Tavcom Training to return to one of Europe’s most prestigious security events. As well as a dedicated stand, Tavcom will also be hosting key talks at The Security Event’s Security and Fire Installer education theatre, where they are looking to continue to promote education, industry trends and thought leadership to all installers, system designers and technicians across the security industry.
Kevin Matthew, Operations Director for Tavcom Training, is looking forward to this year’s event, especially after the necessary break over the last few years: ‘It is very exciting for Tavcom Training to support The Security Event 2022 once again by delivering key presentations at the Fire and Security Installer Theatre. For the first time in many, many months TSE have created an ideal platform where the security industry can meet, share ideas, network with old friends, make new contacts and create numerous business opportunities; I am sure it will be a highly successful & productive week for all.’
With the key focus very much on Fire and Security training and innovation, Tavcom Training has already acquired an impressive line-up of guest speakers set to give talks on a particular aspect of security training and innovation, and how that will come into play for the future of security. Topics set for discussion include: Cyber Security, ‘Knowledge is Power’ in relation to professional development in the industry, and Managing Technology.
All arms of the organisation, including its Register of Certified Technical Security Professional (CTSP) are designed to not only deliver first-class training courses but to create a platform for security professionals to network, learn and share any insight trends. These opportunities are made all the more available at key events such as The Security Event.
With a portfolio of over a 100 training courses in both technical security and security management, Tavcom Training has the ability to offer security professionals a fantastic blend of real ‘hands-on’ training experience in purpose-built workshops and first-class knowledge accumulated over twenty-five years of security training. The Security Event has always been a great opportunity to advise, educate and assist professionals to take the next steps in their career, and is something the business is proud to partake in.
