Course Overview
Faulty and non-maintained intruder and hold-up alarm systems will lead to significant additional demands of police attendance, which may result in that response being withdrawn.
In this training course, we will cover the most common causes of false alarms and what can be done to identify and rectify the problems.
From false alarm management to commissioning checks and servicing, the training will provide you with the fundamentals skills to repair and maintain fully networked intruder alarm systems that are ready to meet the challenges of the modern world.
This course has no prerequisites to enrolment however it is aimed specifically, though not exclusively, at installation and service engineers who have completed the foundation intruder alarms course or a recognised equivalent training programme.
The course carries a BTEC Level 3 Award – a respected qualification for anyone seeking career opportunities in the electronic security sector.
By holding this qualification, you demonstrate to your clients and colleagues you have proven skills in Intruder Alarm Repair and Maintenance systems.
