CRO 1	Control Room Principles (Unit 1 of training and assessment for SIA licensing)	The first unit of our two part programme for CCTV (PSS) operators who require formal training and assessment to apply for a SIA licence. Delegates need to complete Units 1 and 2 including the associated assessments in order to acquire an appropriate BTEC Level 2 Award and the opportunity to apply for a licence. Units 1 and 2 may be taken consecutively or separately.
CRO 2	Control Room Practices (Unit 2 of training and assessment for SIA licensing)	The second unit of our two part programme for CCTV (PSS) operators who require formal training and assessment to apply for a SIA licence. CRO 4	Advanced Control Room Skills	CCTV control rooms are now a vital tool in the protection of our modern communities. Crime prevention, traffic management, key holding services, first aid response and major incident command and control are just some of the skills demanded of today’s control room operator. Covering a range of essential practical tasks, this two day course will   provide the advanced skills needed to fulfil your many responsibilities.
CRO 5	Gathering Video Evidence NEW !	This course has been developed with the police, Home Office and transport companies to provide the necessary understanding of how digital footage can be effectively exported and used within our legal system. A classic combination of ‘need to know’ classroom theory supported by practical sessions in the Tavcom workshops.
CRO 7	CCTV Control Room Refresher	A must for those who have already completed formal operators’ training and require a Security Industry Authority licence. This course provides an ‘up to the minute’ study of legislation, codes of practice, operational issues and technical advances in the control room.
TM1	CCTV Traffic Enforcement	Understand how to competently and efficiently operate a CCTV traffic enforcement scheme within the UK staying within the current legalframework
